Yes, we recommended a couple of days’ notice.
To get evening appointment you may need up to two weeks’ notice to get a time that suits as they are very popular.
You can BOOK ONLINE 24/7 or call 5622 3335 between opening hours.
Our answering machine is always on, we will return all calls missed.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a consultation form before your treatment and relax with one of our herbal teas or a glass of water.
If for any reason you arrive past your appointment start time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking due to your lateness.
We kindly request 24 hour’s notice should you need to change or cancel a booking.
Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
We are unable to accept cancellations left by messages on Sundays or public holidays when we are closed.
We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or Cash.
We do offer Zip pay for treatments or products between $100 - $900
Sadly we are not able to accommodate babies, toddlers or young children for Insurance and OHS reasons.
We write this with the utmost respect to the parents in our Clinic. Children/babies who visit the Clinic during their parents’ appointments pose an occupational health and safety issue to our staff & clients.
We work in an environment that has sharps, razors, chemicals, lasers & hot wax.
We encourage parents to visit the clinic without their children, please understand that our concern is the safety of your child and our client’s well-being.
