Meet The Team
Hello, I’m Ainslie, owner & founder of Many Faces Beauty Therapy Clinic.
I created this space because I’d come from working in Melbourne and felt that that the area was lacking in skin focus clinics. I’ve been in the industry for about 18 years, starting out as a makeup artist, I moved into beauty as I found that putting makeup on skin that was not care for never looked great but putting makeup on well cared for skin always looked amazing regardless of the makeup look.
After working in nails and waxing salon, I’m moved to traditional salon that focused skin and education, then to a sole skin clinic, that worked along side a plastic surgeon. Wow, did I get a education then & never looked back. That when my passion for skin was really born.
The more I’ve learnt about skin, the more I also realised how much of focus needed to be on other elements like nutrition & lifestyle to achieve optimum results when treating skin. I continue to educate myself in these fields to offer the best skin treatments possible and I still have so much to learn. I’m about to start training in oncology aesthetics, so I can perform facials on people going though chemotherapy.
I treat my team like they a extension of my family (which my family is my everything) and couldn’t have built many faces to the business it is today without the help of my amazing staff, past and present, whom love the space like it’s their own.
Most won’t be surprised that I have a obsession with shoes and own way too many pairs. I love boxing & I’m also always planning my next overseas adventure, & I do like to read a great memoir.
Hi I’m Sonia a Dermal Clinician at Many Faces. I completed my Beauty Therapy diploma in 1997 :scream: and have worked in salons in Gippsland through to Melbourne. In 2014 while having young children at home I decided to further my knowledge in the industry and complete a Heath Science Degree in Dermal Therapies. One of the things I am most passionate about in our industry is Skincare. With commitment, consistency and skincare with active ingredients; results will follow. I was lucky enough to be taught from my mum the importance of skincare and looking after your skin from a very young age. I love all things skin and would love to get to know your skin and start you on your healthy skin journey.
Hello I’m Tori a senior beauty therapist here at Many Faces. I’m here to tell you a little bit about myself. I’ll keep this short and sweet, without leaving out the best parts. I started at Many Faces Beauty Therapy Clinic in February 2018, with previous experience working in a day spa in Melbourne. Before working in the industry, I knew I loved it but wasn’t sure what aspect of it I truly loved. Until Ainslie showed me the world of facials. My love for facials and skin, stems from Ainslie showing me the magnitude of what we can really do for the skin! It’s exciting working with skin everyday, and it’s always different. My favourite treatment would have to be IPL Skin Rejuvs, I’m the IPL Queen and would do it all day everyday. I love the way it picks up any pigment and capillaries in the skin, all while tightening and leaving you with flawless results. To get a bit more personal so you know we’re going to click, here’s some inside goss about me. At some point or another, I will bring up Michael. My Cat. The cutest little squish. Not only does he bring me much joy, but also a cocktail with friends on a warm day also does the trick. So this is me and I’m so looking forward to seeing you and attending to all your beauty needs!
Hi my name is Katie a beauty therapist here at Many Faces.
I am here to tell you about myself. I started at Many Faces in August 2019. I was lucky enough to get a job while I was still training to become a beauty therapist. I completed my diploma in July of this year, receiving the student of the year award.
After having my children I knew I wanted to have a career that helped people to feel good about themselves, I definitely find that at Many Faces.
We are consistently training and evolving to better ourselves and skill set. I have learnt so much in my short time with Ainslie. My favourite part of the job is to help people to improve their skin and generally feel good about themselves, nothing brings more joy than seeing the transformation that regular home skin care and treatments can bring.
On a personal level, I spend my spare time either at the gym, having coffee with friends or at home with my 3 boys and Archie my cat🐱
Hi, I’m Natasha,
Here is a brief snap shot of my 27 long and wonderful years in the beauty industry.
I was extremely fortunate to start my beauty career in Warragul with an amazing skin mentor - Ruth Wolfle.
Using the skills learnt, I took the leap into salon ownership in Bairnsdale for many years before changing states and managing an award winning Gold Coast salon.
Moving back to Melbourne in 2008, I won the Australian Ella Bache’s therapist of the year, the prize a trip to Paris! Highlight of my career!!
After working with many amazing therapist’s I wanted to instill my passion and knowledge into beauty students and the transition into beauty trainer at colleges was very rewarding.
A great love for nurturing lead me into the spa industry, which was a wonderful experience. After many years in management and training I am thrilled to be able to continue my beauty therapy at Many Faces. I absolutely love to relax my clients in particular the Ginger & Me mindfulness facial. Simply divine to perform and many skin and relaxation benefits.
